Walk into yourreviewready.
Sumire keeps your impact as it happens, so you get the credit, and the worth, you deserve.
Free while in beta. Leave your email and we'll send your invite when your place is ready.
You save the day on an ordinary Tuesday in March.Sumire still has it, in your words, when your review comes in December.
Most wins are forgotten by review time.
Only the last few weeks come to mind when it matters. The save in July, the problem you quietly fixed, the extra mile: gone.
Tell Sumire right after it happens.
A voice note on WhatsApp on the way home, or a quick message. Sumire asks the one thing you'd leave out, and your answer becomes evidence.
Your updates become a record that connects.
Stories, the skills they show, the people involved, and the patterns across them: who keeps turning up for your wins, and what's behind your results.
When it counts, your case is ready.
For a review, an interview or a salary talk: the stories to bring up, what would make them stronger, and a pocket note for the day.
Get valued for the work you already do.
